We’re looking for an energetic, creative and organised person who can turn both a workshop and a museum visit into a memorable experience for children.
We’re not simply looking for someone who can present information. We’re looking for someone who can create experiences.
Location: Timișoara – MIC, Timișoara Children’s Interactive Museum, Maria Theresia Bastion
Working hours: 8 hours/day, with evening and weekend availability depending on the activity and event schedule.
Contract type: Full-time

What You’ll Do
- Design and develop content for creative workshops and educational activities.
- Lead and facilitate workshops for children in different age groups: 3–5, 5–7, 7–9 and 9–12 years.
- Guide school groups through the museum and turn each visit into an interactive experience.
- Use games, challenges, questions and storytelling to keep participants engaged.
- Adapt activities and your communication style to the age and dynamics of each group.
- Manage groups of 8 to 35 participants.
- Prepare the materials and spaces needed for activities.
- Contribute to administrative tasks and the day-to-day organisation of the museum.
What We’d Like You To Have
- Experience working with children.
- Studies or professional experience in fields such as education, pedagogy, psychology, acting or a related area.
- Good English skills.
- Creativity and initiative.
- Very good communication and group facilitation skills.
- The ability to create a positive, engaging atmosphere.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Having a registered form of self-employment or another legal structure for collaboration is an advantage.
